Three major cruise lines have announced the winners of the companies’ internal “Ship of the Year” awards for environmentalism and innovation. Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and the lesser-known Azamara cruise lines are attempting to reward and encourage ships to enhance eco-sensitivity in the niche known for its negative-impact blunders.
