This formula is effective in removing substances like rust and scale build-up, which reduce the efficiency of the machine. They are also effective in removing grease and dirt, as well as other debris that accumulate on the coils. By increasing the surface area of the…

TownePlace Suites by Marriott at Baltimore BWI Airport will receive LEED Existing Building Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), making the hotel the first property at BWI Airport to earn the highly-sought-after distinction.

Originally built in 2007, the TownePlace Suites property is undergoing comprehensive programs to qualify for LEED status, including composting all breakfast waste to achieve zero waste, using sustainable and environmentally friendly cleaning products, replacing plumbing hardware with low-flow devices and purchasing renewable energy wind credits to offset the hotel’s carbon footprint.

“We’re thrilled that the TownePlace Suites property will be BWI Airport’s first LEED certified hotel,” said Michelle Emley, general manager of the hotel. “Going green is not only good business, it’s the right thing to do. Because we host so many business and leisure travelers every day, we have the opportunity to set a great example and teach people the easy…

Taking the cue from the success of its Destination Earth sustainability program, Destination Hotels & Resorts has created a new platform for all group and meetings business.

Built on green practices, the platform aims to reduce waste, conserve water and better manage energy use while meeting the needs of group and meeting programs.

Some people do not require full architectural plans, but only limited drawings. Bonin Architects offers both full architectural services and drafting services for those projects requiring only drawings and renderings.

Here are some drawings we did for a client who needed drafting services for a custom home he is building on the Mississippi River.

Our client is acting as the general contractor for his home. We were happy to modify our fees based on our client’s specific design needs. With his input, we are helping him develop an exterior façade and plans which addresses the lot and aesthetic character he desires. The home has a total of four bedrooms and two and a half baths.

If you need a home design but do not require full architectural services, we will be happy to provide you with a quote to design your new home.
